Dow and XJO: Andrew Gibbs will provide insights into the direction of these indices through the application of public and commercial activity and seasonal patterns to complement conventional technical analysis
Chart Clinic: Roy Bishop will show a chart/s that shows the opportunity in the market place.
Question and Answers: (limited to 10 minutes): Chairman
This is a session where anyone can ask advice on problems and any practical questions, which hopefully someone can give good answers to. The floor is open to beginners and learners so bring questions and don’t be shy. Written questions are welcome.
Keynote Presentation: Nick Radge (from Noosa Queensland. Author of The Chartist and www.reefcap.com.au)
“An introduction to volume analysis and how to apply it in real time”
Nick is a professional trader, educator and author - who has been trading and investing since 1985. During this time Nick has worked for numerous international investment banks - from the trading floor of the Sydney Futures Exchange to International Desks in London and Singapore. In 1998 Nick returned to Australia and started his own hedge fund and until 2005 he was an Associate Director at Macquarie Bank. He has served as the Vice President of the Australian Technical Analysts Association but now devotes all his time to The Chartist, private consulting and trading.
Nick’s expertise lies in trading stocks and commodities, trading system design and technical analysis. Nick is also very interested in trading psychology, he has conducted extensive research in numerous trading and investment fields and he has written two successful books.
